setShortProperty procedure

Sets a short message property.

Syntax

PROCEDURE setShortProperty. DEFINE INPUT PARAMETER propertyName AS CHARACTER. DEFINE INPUT PARAMETER propertyValue AS INTEGER.

The server returns a NumberFormatException message for a value overflow.
